The unobstructed view means that neighbouring buildings cannot look into the apartment, keeping privacy at an optimum. Occupants of the building have free access to the private pool out front.
Monaco is renowned for its security and the lowest crime rate in the world, allowing one to freely walk or travel with the bus anywhere in the Principality with total peace of mind. Most apartments that advertise with 'Monaco' in the title are only 'near' Monaco and not within the Principality itself, which makes a huge difference. The 'Le Paradise' building itself is in a pedestrian zone.
