We offer a lovely relaxing walk up penthouse located on the west coast of PR, with amazing ocean view in front of "Paseo Real Marina" in Aguadilla. The condo is a gated community, with pool, gazebos, secure parking, camera surveillance, green areas, water reservoir and power generator for common areas.

The space
Our penthouse is unique, with an awesome roof top private terrace, where you can enjoy the sun at our beautiful chaise loungers (5), high table with chairs to enjoy the view, cooler, umbrella,bbq, just enjoy and relax.
We provide a playpen for babies if requested. Please be aware if you are staying on a weekend night, boardwalk does get a little noisy with car traffic.
Guest access
We rent the complete apartment and terrace. Guests can also access complex facilities like the pool, gazebos, tables, parking and green spaces.
Interaction with guests
We are available always for our guests. Guests can contact us by phone, text message or email at any time.
Other things to note
We do have portable playard for those guests with infants and a toddler rider in case guest needs it.

The completely equipped place, not only with basic utensils but also with all the comforts for a summer vacation. The ideal location to enjoy the west side of the island with family or a stay with friends. The the beautiful beaches and close attractions to the nightlife in the bay which is in a walking distance... it has everything! Ivelisse even suggests places to visit. This made our stay more than we expected. Everything really exceeded our expectations. We will definitely go back to this place !!!??????
The apartment is perfect! It has everything you need with a beautiful view of the ocean! It is close to many places.. the beach, restaurants, kioskos where you can have a drink and hear some good music, walgreens, among others. Ivelisse is an amazing host, she was always in touch and available since the moment I separated the apartment. Thank you for everything! I definitely recommend this place!????
Ivelisse is very friendly and very attentive. Apartment had great amenities, very clean, and the view was spectacular, restaurants were walking distance. We had a wonderful time, definitely will be returning next year.
I am a frequent traveler, and stayed in alot of places, hotels, and rental condos, even in hawaii, but this one, was more than i expected. very clean, plenty of space, i felt right at home great pool, amazing location ocean view, great private terrace. Amazing i give it 5 + starts. couldnt ask for anything more, washer, dryers, great spaces. I cant say enough. It is worth every cent. I recommend it 150%,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
